Orders will be delivered between 1-3 business days to either the home address or clinic.
When you select to SHIP your purchase to the the CLINIC, your order will be shipping to Eagle Creek Veterinary Services P.C. Ltd at 803 Loken Road, Rosetown, SK, S0L 2V0. When choosing this option you agree to pick up your order in a timely fashion from Eagle Creek Veterinary Services P.C. Ltd. There is no shipping charge for this option.
When you select to SHIP to your RESIDENCE, your shipping costs will be included in your order and you are responsible to assure that your correct address is entered and that your purchase can be delivered to a safe and secure location and be received personally.
Orders to home are sent through Purolator, and due to overwhelming ecommerce business, Purolator is no longer required to get a signature upon delivery. Purolator FAQ
Eagle Creek Veterinary Services P.C. Ltd. is not responsible for orders stolen, frozen, melted, wet, or otherwise compromised when shipped to home. It is expected someone to be home for the delivery.
Shipping costs are based on the products ordered. Due to size and/or weight, certain items may bear a shipping surcharge or special handling fee. Total shipping charges are automatically calculated during Checkout prior to completing your order.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Standard Shipping is available across all Canadian provinces. Some restrictions apply to specific locations. Shipments to rural addresses may exceed the standard shipping delivery window and may not be available for Ship to Home. Shipments are not available to post office box addresses.
Orders may be picked up at Eagle Creek Veterinary Services P.C. Ltd. (803 Loken Road, Rosetown, SK S0L 2V0) between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Monday to Friday (subject to change for holidays).
